Francisco Ramos installed a hot dog cart called "El Chino." Fortunately, his business started to prosper effectively and expanded toward the corner of Guatemala High School.
At the end of classes, students hurried to buy their shuco, further spreading the popularity of this food.

It is believed that the name "shucos" comes from the colloquial meaning of "dirty".
This was a nickname given by consumers to the food because it is street food.
Some believe that it was the students of Guatemala High School themselves who nicknamed shucos this way.
