Ingredients

1 ⅓ cup of Flour

¾ cup of Butter

8 tablespoons of Cold water

8 ounces of Diced ayote

1 Chopped onion

1 Crushed garlic clove

1 tablespoon of Chopped sage

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

¼ cup of Grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of Toasted pine nuts

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large bowl, sift the flour and salt.

Step 2 : Cut the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Step 3 : Gently add the cold water, stirring, until a dough ball forms.

Step 4 : Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.

Step 5 : Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch and cut out circles.

Step 6 : Prepare the filling with pumpkin, onion, garlic, sage, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts.

Step 7 : Fill each dough with this mixture, fold and seal the edges.

Step 8 : Finally, bake at 375°F until golden brown, approximately 40 minutes.

Step 9 : Serve hot and enjoy.
