Ingredients

10 Corn tortillas

7 Tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

2 Guaque chilies

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 cup of Pita cheese

1 Chicken breast

1 Chopped onion

½ cup of Chopped parsley

½ cup of Oil

½ cup of Chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by boiling water with salt and cooking the chicken breast until fully cooked.

Step 2 : Then, chop the tomatoes, onion, parsley, guaque chilies, and pita cheese into small pieces.

Step 3 : Next, shred the cooked chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : In a hot skillet, fry the tortillas with cheese, shredded chicken, chopped onion, tomato, and parsley.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, prepare the salsa by roasting tomatoes, garlic, guaque chilies, water, salt, and pepper to taste.
