Ingredients

3 Carrots

3 Onions

6 Gusnay inflorescences

½ cup of Castilla vinegar

½ liter of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Black pepper

Bay leaf

Thyme

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the carrots, onions, and gusnay inflorescences.

Step 2 : Then, peel the carrots and cut them into julienne, and cut the onions into wedges.

Step 3 : Place water in a container and bring it to a boil.

Step 4 : Add the carrots, onions, and gusnay inflorescences, and cook for 1 minute.

Step 5 : Then, drain them.

Step 6 : For the vinaigrette, boil half a liter of water with pepper, bay leaf, thyme, salt, and Castilla vinegar for 2 minutes.

Step 7 : In a glass container, mix the carrots, onions, and gusnay inflorescences, then pour the vinaigrette over them.

Step 8 : Seal the container and let it rest for 3 days.
