Guatemalan Russian Salad

Ingredients

2 cups of Diced cooked carrots

2 cups of Diced cooked potatoes

2 cups of Chopped cooked green beans

2 cups of Cooked peas

2 cups of Diced red bell pepper

2 cups of Diced green bell pepper

1 Diced onion

2 tablespoons of Vinegar

2 cups of Mayonnaise

Salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, cook the 2 cups of carrots and green beans with a cup of water until tender.

Step 2 : Once cooked, drain and let cool.

Step 3 : On the other hand, cook the peas in the same way until tender and let cool.

Step 4 : To cook the potatoes, place the 2 cups in a container and let cool.

Step 5 : Then, in a large bowl, combine the carrots, potatoes, green beans, peas, onion, red and green bell peppers.

Step 6 : Add the mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well.
