60 grams of Bread crumbs
10 Medium-sized bell peppers
1 Egg
2 Garlic cloves
10 Tomatoes

1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is important to clean the peppers, remove a slice where the stem is, and remove the seeds.
