Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Ground beef

60 grams of Breadcrumbs

10 Regular-sized peppers

1 Egg

2 Garlic cloves

10 Tomatoes

1 Onion

¼ teaspoon of Ground black pepper

2 ½ teaspoons of Salt

1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first, it's important to clean the peppers, removing a slice where the stem is and taking out the seeds.

Step 2 : Then, fill them with the previously prepared mixture.

Step 3 : In a pot, cook the 7 tomatoes in a glass of water and blend them with a teaspoon of salt.

Step 4 : In a skillet, sauté the garlic and half an onion finely chopped, then add the blended tomatoes.

Step 5 : Place the peppers vertically with the opening facing up inside the sauce, secure them and let them boil for 20 minutes.

Step 6 : Once ready, serve them accompanied by mashed potatoes or rice.
