Ingredients

Pork blood

Pork intestine

½ pound of Pork lard

1 Chopped onion

Mint

Hot pepper

Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large container, add the pork lard, chopped onion, black pepper, oregano, salt, and cloves to taste.

Step 2 : Add the pork blood and mix until combined.

Step 3 : Then, stuff the mixture into the pork intestine and tie it with corn husks.

Step 4 : The moronga is cooked in a pot with water for an hour.

Step 5 : Next, remove the moronga and drain the cooking water by hanging it, then fry it in a pan until ready.

Step 6 : Finally, serve with rice or salad.
