Mushque

Ingredients

2 Bunches of mint

7 Green onions

2 pounds of Onion

2 pounds of Jalapeno pepper

2 pounds of Tomato

1 pinch of Salt

15 Lemons

Pork offal

5 pounds of Pork skin

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, you must first clean and wash the offal along with the pork skin carefully.

Step 2 : Then, they are cooked in a pot with water and salt for approximately 45 minutes.

Step 3 : After cooking, remove, let cool, and chop into small cubes.

Step 4 : Next, wash and finely chop the vegetables, cutting them into small pieces.

Step 5 : In a pan, sauté the vegetables with the chili and mint, adding the previously chopped offal.

Step 6 : Let it sauté and boil for about 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the dish with a side of lemon.
