Quesadilla

Quesadillas are an essential part of the cuisine in many Latin American countries. Their versatility and flavor make this dish a favorite in different regions.

Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Rice flour

½ pound of Grated dry cheese

1 pound of Unsalted butter

10 Eggs

1 pound of Brown sugar

½ cup of Milk

½ cup of Pure cream

½ teaspoon of Baking soda

½ ounce of Sesame seeds

2 ounces of Bread flour

Preparation

Step 1 : In a wooden bowl, cream the butter with the sugar.

Step 2 : Then, add the eggs one by one, mixing constantly.

Step 3 : Next, add the sifted dry ingredients such as rice flour and baking soda.

Step 4 : Also add the milk and cream to the mixture and continue mixing until smooth.

Step 5 : Grease and flour the molds and then pour the batter into them.

Step 6 : Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 7 : Finally, decorate the preparation with sesame seeds and enjoy this delicious dessert.
