6 Lemons

1 Celery stalk

3 Tomatoes

1 Onion

1 pound of Shrimp

Soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

1 pinch of Salt

Vegetable juice

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this Guatemalan ceviche, first wash and clean the shrimp, cutting them into pieces or leaving them whole.

Step 2 : Then, squeeze 4 lemons and cover the shrimp with the juice, refrigerating them for 4 hours.

Step 3 : Next, cut the tomatoes, onion, celery, cilantro, and mint.

Step 4 : These ingredients are mixed with vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and lemon.

Step 5 : Once the shrimp have been cured in lemon juice, mix them with the previous preparation.

Step 6 : You can add hot sauce and avocado to taste, serving the ceviche accompanied by tostadas and a Guatemalan craft beer.
