Tortilla with Pork Crackling
Ingredients
300 grams of Pork crackling
500 grams of Flour
2 tablespoons of Melted lard
Coarse salt
Warm water
Preparation
Step 1 : Chop the lard and melt it over low heat, until the pork crackling is crispy.
Step 2 : In a bowl or mixer, put flour, salt, lard, and the pork crackling. Add warm water until a dough forms that does not stick to hands.
Step 3 : Let it rest for a while, roll out on a clean baking tray, bake for approximately 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 4 : Ready.
