Ingredients

10 Guaque peppers

7 ounces of Vinegar

16 ounces of Water

2 Cloves of garlic

½ ounce of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

½ pound of Ground pork

½ pound of Beef trotter

7 Tomatoes

1 Chopped onion

3 Cloves of garlic

2 ounces of Capers

3 ounces of Raisins

1 ounce of Lard

Nutmeg

1 pinch of Brown sugar

6 Eggs

4 ounces of Bread flour

1 pound of Lard

12 Tomatoes

7 Red bell peppers

White onions

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first roast the peppers and let them rest in the vinegar for two hours, which is made with vinegar, water, garlic, pepper, salt, and oil.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, prepare the sautéed seasoning, cooking the minced meats with lard, adding the chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, capers, raisins, and seasoning with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and sugar.

Step 3 : This mixture should be sautéed until soft and then allowed to cool.

Step 4 : Next, beat the eggs to use as a coating.

Step 5 : Then, remove the peppers from the vinegar and proceed to fill them, then coat them with flour and wrap them to fry them in a skillet with hot lard.

Step 6 : On the other hand, cook the tomatoes in half a liter of water with the bell pepper and onion.

Step 7 : Then, blend this mixture and sauté.
