Traditional vegetable stew
Ingredients
1 Onion
2 Potatoes, in pieces
2 Garlic cloves
2 liters of Water
1 Sprig of mint
Celery leaves
½ pound of Diced tomato
4 Carrots, in pieces
2 Squash
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, pour the water and a pinch of salt.
Step 2 : Add the tomatoes, celery leaves, onion, and garlic, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Then strain the vegetables and return them to the broth.
Step 4 : Add the squash, carrots, and potatoes, and cook until all the vegetables are soft.
Step 5 : Next, add the mint and season with salt to taste.
Step 6 : Let it cook for another 5 minutes and serve in deep plates.
