Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
Lettuce
1 Green apple
3 grams of Celery
30 grams of Shelled walnuts
30 grams of Dried cranberries
60 grams of Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of Mustard dressing
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash and drain the lettuce leaves.
Step 2 : Then, toast the shelled walnuts in a skillet until golden.
Step 3 : Next, cut the green apple and celery into pieces.
Step 4 : Then, in a deep plate, mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise.
Step 5 : Place the lettuce on a plate and add the mixture on top.
Step 6 : To finish, garnish with the toasted walnuts and voilà! Now you can enjoy this delicious salad with a Guatemalan touch.
