2 Eggs
¾ cup of Wheat flour

Step 1 : The watercress should be carefully washed and finely chopped on a wooden board, excluding the thickest stems.
Step 2 : In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and add the chopped watercress, mixing well.
