Guicoy cake
Ingredients
1 Large guicoy
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 cup of Crumb of champurradas
½ cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon powder
3 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1 : First, preheat the oven to 360º
Step 2 : Cook the Guicoy over medium heat for about 2 hours. Then, let the Guicoy meat cool and mash it with a fork or food processor
Step 3 : Add to the Guicoy puree, a tablespoon of butter, sugar, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, and eggs
Step 4 : Mix the ingredients until you get a sticky dough
Step 5 : Grease a baking pan with butter and place the crumb of champurrada
Step 6 : When the pan is ready, add the dough and bake for 1 hour at 360ºF
Step 7 : Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes
Step 8 : Finally, serve a portion of Guicoy cake and decorate with raisins, crumb of champurrada, or sugar on top
