12 Egg yolks

4 tablespoons of Flour

½ teaspoon of Levadura

4 ounces of Raisins

½ pound of Plums

1 Cinnamon stick

4 ounces of Almonds

4 Cloves

6 Cloves

1 Lemon peel

1 cup of Rum

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious pastries, start by beating the yolks until creamy.

Step 2 : Next, mix the flour with the yeast and add to the yolks, stirring vigorously.

Step 3 : It is important to then incorporate the raisins and pour the mixture into small greased molds.

Step 4 : Then, bake the pastries at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, soak the plums in water and cook with sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and lemon peels to obtain an aromatic honey.

Step 6 : Add the rum to give a special touch to the preparation.

Step 7 : Once baked, unmold the pastries and make sure they are ready to enjoy.
