4 tablespoons of Cornstarch
1 Egg
1 pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
4 tablespoons of Sugar

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by boiling 3 cups of milk in a pot.
Step 2 : In another container, combine the egg yolk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and mix well.
Step 3 : Then add a tablespoon of vanilla and continue mixing.
Step 4 : Next, slowly add to the container the mixture of 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and the remaining cup of milk, making sure there are no lumps in the preparation.
Step 5 : In the pot with the boiled milk, add a bit of cinnamon and then pour in the prepared mixture.
Step 6 : Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the bottom.
Step 7 : Once the mixture thickens, it is ready to serve.
