Ingredients
300 grams of Ground almonds
300 grams of Powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of Egg
1 Egg white
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, place the almonds, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water.
Step 2 : Knead the mixture with your hands until you get a uniform dough.
Step 3 : Let it rest for 2 hours and then shape it into the desired figures, which are placed in the oven.
Step 4 : In another bowl, beat the egg white with a mixer until you get a meringue.
Step 5 : Subsequently, using a pastry brush, paint the figures with the egg white.
Step 6 : Reinsert into the oven for 2 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.
