Ingredients
1 liter of Milk
2 ½ pounds of Sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon of Ground cinnamon
Cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1 : In a nonstick pot, heat the milk and gradually add the sugar, mixing until completely dissolved.
Step 2 : Add the cinnamon and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching the desired consistency.
Step 3 : Remove from heat, transfer to another container, and let cool for at least two hours.
Step 4 : With the dough at room temperature, form small balls with hands previously dusted with cornstarch.
Step 5 : Place the balls on a serving tray and enjoy.
