Nance Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 pound of Nances
1 liter of Liquid milk
1 can of Evaporated milk
1 can of Condensed milk
Preparation
Step 1 : Carefully wash the nances.
Step 2 : Place them in a blender and slowly add the liquid milk.
Step 3 : It is advisable to use a food processor to grind the nance seed well.
Step 4 : Gradually add the evaporated milk and condensed milk to the blender, alternating and mixing thoroughly.
Step 5 : Pour the mixture into ice cream molds or plastic cups.
Step 6 : Insert ice cream sticks into the containers with the semi-frozen mixture and leave them in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
