Ingredients

400 grams of Roasted pumpkin

4 Eggs

200 grams of Sugar

300 milliliters of Milk

1 pinch of Cinnamon

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

1 tablespoon of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a clean pot, place sugar and water to caramelize over medium heat.

Step 2 : Once ready, pour the caramel into a mold.

Step 3 : Blend the pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla until you get a smooth mixture.

Step 4 : Then, pour this mixture into the mold with the caramel already in place and position it in a water bath.

Step 5 : The next step is to bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.

Step 6 : Once baked, let it cool in the fridge for a day before serving.
