Ingredients

6 Molletes

3 Eggs

½ cup of Cream

500 grams of Sugar

60 grams of Raisins

Flour

60 grams of Butter

1 Cinnamon stick

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the molletes, cut a top off and remove the crumbs, which are mixed with butter and cream, seasoned with a bit of sugar and adding raisins.

Step 2 : Then, stuff the molletes with this mixture and cover them.

Step 3 : In another container, prepare a batter and dip the molletes in it before frying them in oil.

Step 4 : Once fried, remove them and rinse with hot water to remove excess grease, then dip them in sugar syrup until well soaked.

Step 5 : Once the syrup has soaked into the molletes, remove them and serve them accompanied by 'rosicler' and two small glasses of wine.

Step 6 : Enjoy!
