Sweet Rhubarb
Ingredients
2 cups of Rose water
2 cups of Finely chopped rhubarb
200 grams of Sugar
300 grams of Sarsaparilla
1 cup of Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1 : In a blender, combine rose water and rhubarb, blend and strain to remove solids.
Step 2 : Then, place the rhubarb and rose juice back in the blender, add a cup of cold water, sugar, and sarsaparilla, and blend until well mixed.
Step 3 : Next, transfer the mixture to a metal bowl, add the sour cream and mix everything.
Step 4 : Freeze in the freezer until firm.
Step 5 : Subsequently, place the mixture in the processor and process until smooth.
Step 6 : Return to the metal bowl and freeze again until ready to serve.
