Ingredients

10 Corn

2 Cinnamon sticks

½ liter of Milk

4 Cloves

1 pinch of Salt

½ pound of Sugar

1 liter of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : The corn must be peeled, shelled, ground, and strained with a fine cloth.

Step 2 : Next, the preparation is put on fire for 30 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.

Step 3 : Cinnamon, sugar, and salt are added to taste.

Step 4 : Subsequently, it is cooked with milk over low heat for an additional half an hour, until a thick consistency is obtained.
