Hibiscus Flower Drink
Ingredients
1 cup of Hibiscus flower
5 cups of Water
½ cup of Sugar
Ice
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the flower until the water runs clear
Step 2 : In a pot, place the hibiscus flower petals, 3 cups of water, and sugar; let it boil for approximately 10 to 15 minutes
Step 3 : Remove from heat and add the remaining 2 cups of water
Step 4 : Let it cool, once it is cold, strain it and pour it into a large pitcher
Step 5 : Finally, add ice to enjoy
