Ingredients

½ Whole lemon

2 teaspoons of Brown sugar

6 Fresh myrtle leaves and 8 dried myrtle leaves

Crushed ice

5 milliliters of Pure coffee

Preparation

Step 1 : In a cocktail shaker, crush the lemon together with the fresh and dried myrtle leaves.

Step 2 : Then add the brown sugar and crushed ice.

Step 3 : Pour 4.5 cl of cold beer and mix everything.

Step 4 : Complete the preparation with more crushed ice, ginger beer, myrtle leaves, and lime.

Step 5 : This drink can also be prepared in an alcoholic version by adding 2.5 cl of white rum or vodka.
