Corn Husked Elote Pudding
Ingredients
10 Corn
2 Cinnamon sticks
½ liter of Milk
4 Cloves
1 pinch of Salt
½ pound of Sugar
1 liter of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : The corn should be peeled, kernels removed, ground, and strained through a fine cloth.
Step 2 : Next, the mixture is cooked over heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Step 3 : Add cinnamon, sugar, and salt to taste.
Step 4 : Then, let it simmer with the milk over low heat for an additional half hour until it reaches a thick consistency.
