Ingredients

1 Chopped chicken
3 Medium onions
120 grams of Flour
1 pinch of Salt
½ Bars of margarine
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, cook the chicken in a pot with water for about 20 minutes until well cooked.
Step 2 : Once ready, remove and let drain.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown the flour until it turns a golden color, which helps add a special flavor and thickens the dish.
Step 4 : Slice the onions thinly and set aside.
Step 5 : In another skillet, melt half a bar of margarine and fry the chicken for about 20 minutes, allowing it to brown on the outside and absorb the flavors.
Step 6 : Add the sliced onions and cook for another 10 minutes so they soften and release their aroma.
Step 7 : Then, season with salt to taste and add the browned flour, mixing carefully to thicken the dish and blend all ingredients well.
Step 8 : Finally, this dish can be served with rice or tortillas, according to your preference.
