Ingredients

14 pounds of Turkey

1 pound of Ground pork

½ pound of Green beans

½ pound of Carrot

Pepper, salt, garlic

Broth

Oil, margarine

Bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1 : The stuffing is prepared by cooking the pork with garlic, broth, and pepper, without adding oil if the meat releases fat.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, the green beans and carrot are sautéed in a pan with oil, then potatoes and spices (garlic, pepper, broth, and bay leaf) are added.

Step 3 : Once cooked, remove from heat and mix with the previously fried meat.

Step 4 : To prepare the turkey, carefully clean both inside and outside, dry it, and season with margarine, pepper, and salt.

Step 5 : Stuff the turkey and sew up any openings if necessary to prevent the stuffing from escaping.

Step 6 : Place the turkey in an oiled baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 3.5 to 4 hours.

Step 7 : It's important to check before removing from the oven to ensure it’s thoroughly cooked.

Step 8 : Once baked, serve and enjoy.
