Beans with Pork Cracklings
Ingredients
1 pound of Red beans
½ pound of Tomato
4 ounces of Miltomate
1 White onion
4 ounces of Pumpkin seed
6 ounces of Pork cracklings
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The beans should be cleaned and washed a day before preparation, and the next day wash them again before cooking them with salt.
Step 2 : Subsequently, the vegetables should be blended, strained, and added to the cooked beans in a pot.
Step 3 : Then, toast the pumpkin seeds and grind them into a powder, which should be added to the beans and boiled.
