Chicken Breast with Rice and Broccoli

Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts

2 Lemons

1 teaspoon of Paprika

1 tablespoon of Broth

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 Medium broccoli

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2 : Then marinate for 1 hour with lemon juice, paprika, broth, salt, and pepper.

Step 3 : Preheat a pan over low heat and add the chicken to sauté for 25 to 30 minutes over medium heat.

Step 4 : On the other hand, place the broccoli in a steamer or pot with a little water and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5 : When ready, serve accompanied by rice and steamed broccoli as a side dish.
