Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Oil

2 tablespoons of Sesame seeds

2 tablespoons of Pepitoria

1 Chopped guaque chili

1 Chopped pasa chili

1 Chopped onion

4 Chopped garlic cloves

Water

1 Chicken pieces

2 Chicken consommé packets

3 Cubed tomatoes

4 Cubed potatoes

1 Sliced carrot

Green beans

Cilantro

Preparation

Step 1 : In a hot pan, sauté the sesame seeds, pepitoria, guaque chili, pasa chili, onion, and garlic.

Step 2 : Then, set aside.

Step 3 : Next, in a container, heat water until boiling and cook the chicken with the Chicken Consommé and tomatoes.

Step 4 : Once the tomatoes are cooked, remove from water, peel them, and set aside the chicken in another container.

Step 5 : Then, blend the chicken broth, sautéed ingredients, and tomatoes.

Step 6 : In a larger pot, place the blended sauce, chicken, potatoes, carrot, and green beans.

Step 7 : Cook the mixture until boiling and the vegetables are tender.

Step 8 : Finally, add more salt to taste, cilantro, and consider the dish ready to serve.

Step 9 : This dish can be served with rice or fried ripe plantain.

Step 10 : Once the cooking process is complete, it is recommended to enjoy this delicious stew.
