Ingredients

1 pound of Chicken

1 Bundle of chipilín

2 Ripe tomatoes

2 Small onions

1 Squash

½ pound of Potato

1 cup of Broth

1 Sweet pepper

1 Bundle of cilantro

½ pound of Tomatillo

1 Garlic

1 Carrot

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cook the piece of chicken, garlic, salt, broth, and in half a liter of water and let it boil for 15 minutes

Step 2 : Finely chop the squash, cilantro, tomato, carrot, pepper, and chipilín

Step 3 : Slice the onion and potatoes. Place all the vegetables along with the chicken and let it boil for another 15 minutes

Step 4 : Cook the tomatillo and make it into sauce

Step 5 : Add this to the whole preparation, add salt and pepper to taste for a few more minutes and our chicken is ready
