Ingredients
1 Chopped chicken
3 Medium onions
120 grams of Flour
1 pinch of Salt
½ Stick of margarine
Preparation
Step 1 : Cook the chicken in a pot with water for 20 minutes and drain
Step 2 : Brown the flour in a skillet
Step 3 : Slice the onions. Fry the chicken with half a stick of margarine for 20 minutes and add the onions to finish for another 10 minutes
Step 4 : Season with salt to taste and thicken with the browned flour. Serve with rice or tortillas
