Chow Mein
Ingredients
1 pound of Chicken, cut into small pieces
1 Chow mein pasta packet
1 Medium carrot, cut into strips
1 Green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Squash cut into strips
1 Celery chopped into strips
2 Garlic
1 Onion cut into strips
Olive oil
½ cup of Soy sauce
Salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pan, add olive oil and fry the chicken, seasoning it with black pepper, garlic, and salt.
Step 2 : In a separate pot, add olive oil and fry the carrot, squash, celery, onion, green and red bell peppers.
Step 3 : Next, add the fried chicken and vegetables, cooking over low heat.
