Ingredients

1 whole turkey (equivalent to 14 pounds or 10 servings)

1 pound of minced pork meat

1/2 pound of green beans

1/2 pound of carrots

Pepper

Salt

6 cloves of garlic

Bouillon

Oil (olive, preferably)

Bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by chopping the carrots and green beans into small squares.

Step 2 : Then, place the meat, carrots, and green beans together in two different containers.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, heat a skillet with oil.

Step 4 : When ready, add 4 cloves of garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 5 : Then add the minced meat and wait for it to release fat to better absorb the flavors of the ingredients.

Step 6 : On the other hand, fry the carrots and green beans in another skillet with hot oil.

Step 7 : Once the ingredients are golden brown, add the remaining two cloves of garlic, pepper to taste, bouillon, and bay leaf.

Step 8 : Mix the meat with the vegetables, clean the turkey, bathe the surface and stuff it with the prepared mixture.

Step 9 : Then, preheat the oven to 375°F, grease a pyrex dish, and place the stuffed turkey.

Step 10 : Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 11 : When removing the turkey from the oven, cut to verify that it is well cooked.

Step 12 : Serve hot and enjoy with accompaniments such as cauliflower puree, spinach salad, glazed carrots, wild rice with toasted almonds, or cornbread with honey butter.
