Golden Hen
Ingredients
1 Hen (can be beneficiated)
1 Consommé packet
1 Garlic powder packet
6 Crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of Oil
2 liters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : The hen must be slaughtered and then immersed in boiling water for ten minutes.
Step 2 : Next, pluck the hen and burn the remaining feathers over direct flame.
Step 3 : Then, wash the hen and cut it into six pieces, a crucial step if the hen is beneficiated or frozen.
Step 4 : In a pot, boil the hen in two liters of water for an hour, adding garlic powder for flavor.
Step 5 : Once cooked, drain in a colander and prepare a garlic sauté with olive oil to spread over the hen.
Step 6 : Next, place the hen over the coals for 10 minutes, ensuring all parts are golden brown.
Step 7 : Finally, serve on a plate and it can be accompanied with rice or a salad.
