Green Macaroni
Ingredients
250 grams of Cooked macaroni
6 Poblano chilies
3 tablespoons of Butter
1 cup of Sour cream
1 teaspoon of Powdered consomme
¼ kilogram of Grated chihuahua cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : The recipe begins by roasting the chilies, peeling them, and cutting them into strips.
Step 2 : Next, half of the chilies are fried in butter, while the rest are blended with the cream and consomme.
Step 3 : Then, grease a baking dish and place a layer of macaroni, followed by half of the cream and chili mixture, the strips, and the cheese.
Step 4 : This step is repeated with the remaining ingredients.
Step 5 : Season with salt and pepper, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
