Ingredients

9 Chicken pieces

Medium grated onion

6 Crushed garlic cloves or garlic powder

Olive oil

Tomato paste

Ketchup sauce

Vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

Curry cumin

Tabasco sauce

Achiote seeds or annatto

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the chicken into pieces of the desired size and add them to a container to season.

Step 2 : Add all the ingredients to your liking, mix very well so that the pieces are well seasoned, let marinate for 1 hour or half an hour in the container.

Step 3 : On a tray, place the chicken pieces and the sauce, cover them with aluminum foil and bake for a time of 1 hour at 250°C.

Step 4 : When 50 minutes of the hour have elapsed, remove the aluminum foil and leave the chicken pieces uncovered for the remaining 10 minutes to brown well and reduce the sauce.

Step 5 : After an hour, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Then they are ready, serve with white rice, french fries, and salad or also with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
