Ingredients

14 pounds of Turkey

1 pound of Ground pork meat

½ pound of Green beans

½ pound of Carrot

Pepper salt garlic

Broth

Margarine oil

Bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1 : The filling is prepared by cooking the pork meat with garlic, broth, and pepper, without adding oil if the meat releases fat.

Step 2 : On the other hand, fry the green beans and carrot in a pan with oil, then add the potato and spices (garlic, pepper, broth, and bay leaf).

Step 3 : Once cooked, remove from heat and mix with the previously fried meat.

Step 4 : To prepare the turkey, wash it carefully inside and out, dry it, and season it with margarine, pepper, and salt.

Step 5 : Fill it and sew the openings if necessary to prevent the filling from coming out.

Step 6 : Place the turkey in a greased mold with margarine, cover it with aluminum foil, and bake at 375 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Step 7 : It is important to check it before removing it from the oven to make sure it is ready.

Step 8 : Once baked, serve and enjoy.
