Ingredients
1 pound of Beef
1 Onion
1 Tomato
3 Garlic cloves
½ teaspoon of Thyme
5 Bay leaves

1 pound of Tomato
1 Guajillo chili
⅓ cup of Toasted wheat flour
1 pound of Potatoes
1 Bell pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a deep pot, add 2 liters of water and the beef, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, onion, tomato, and salt.
Step 2 : Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
Step 3 : Shred the beef and set aside.
Step 4 : Cook the guajillo chili and bell pepper in water.
Step 5 : Then blend with the tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
Step 6 : Brown the wheat flour and add the beef broth, potatoes, and shredded beef to the pot.
Step 7 : Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 8 : Incorporate the sauce and flour.
Step 9 : Cook for another 15 minutes.
