Ingredients

600 grams of Bolovique or other meat for pulled meat

500 grams of Potato sliced thick

500 grams of Ripe tomato

250 grams of Miltomate

1 Medium onion peeled

3 Cloves of garlic peeled

30 grams of Achiote or two sachets of bijol

3 Soaked fried tortillas

1 Guaque chili

60 milliliters of Oil or lard

½ Bunch of cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cooking the meat in salted water until soft.

Step 2 : Then, add the potatoes and let them cook properly.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the other ingredients until obtaining a homogeneous mixture, including the guaque chili.

Step 4 : In a hot oil skillet, fry the mixture and after five minutes add the cilantro, the shredded meat, and the cooked potatoes.

Step 5 : Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and let it cook for about 10 to 15 more minutes, making sure all the flavors integrate properly.

Step 6 : Once ready, serve this tasty dish and enjoy a homemade meal full of flavor and tradition.
