Ingredients

1 pound of Pork shoulder

1 pound of Tortilla dough

2 Eggs

1 Onion

1 Sweet pepper

5 Black peppers

1 Tomato

1 Garlic clove

10 Mint leaves

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The pork shoulder should be ground and then mixed with the dough, one egg, half a tomato, sweet pepper, black pepper, mint, and salt to taste.

Step 2 : Next, shape into a bun and wrap in a clear polyethylene fabric or thin blanket, tying the ends of the fabric.

Step 3 : Then cook in a water bath until completely cooked, then cut into slices.

Step 4 : The slices should be dipped in beaten egg and fried.

Step 5 : For the sauce, grind half a tomato, onion, and garlic, mix the ingredients, and fry.

Step 6 : Finally, season the slices with the sauce and enjoy this delicious Guatemalan dish.
