600 grams of Pork loin fillets
Extra virgin olive oil
5 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of Sweet paprika
¼ teaspoon of Black pepper
1 tablespoon of Dried oregano
200 milliliters of White wine
1 teaspoon of Coarse salt
1 tablespoon of Hot paprika
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by crushing the garlic and adding it to a mortar.
Step 2 : Then, mix them with the two types of paprika, salt, oregano, and wine, forming a homogeneous paste.
Step 3 : Next, place this mixture in a baking bag, which is a very practical utensil to avoid dirtying many kitchen utensils.
Step 4 : Then, place the bag on a container and insert the pork loin, making sure to seal it tightly.
Step 5 : It is recommended to let the meat rest in the fridge for at least 24 hours, but if possible, 48 hours for the flavors to penetrate well.
Step 6 : Before baking, make small holes in the top of the bag to allow the heat to dissipate.
