Moronga Recipe
Ingredients
Pig blood as needed
Pork intestine as needed
½ liter of Pig lard
Onion diced
Mint
Spicy chili as desired
Chopped cilantro
Salt, black pepper, oregano, and cloves
Preparation
Step 1 : In a container, add the diced onion. Add the pig lard, pepper, salt, oregano, and cloves to taste to the same container
Step 2 : Next, add the pig blood to the same container and mix well. You can add more blood, if necessary
Step 3 : Once the mixture is ready, proceed to stuff the pork intestine. After stuffing the pork intestines, tie them manually with corn husk string
Step 4 : Then place them in a large pot for 1 hour
Step 5 : After cooking, remove the moronga and hang them to drain the water
Step 6 : Once the morongas are ready, fry them in a skillet with oil and serve
