Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first season the meat with a little broth, garlic powder, and pepper.
Step 2 : Then, proceed to sauté the meat in a skillet with olive oil or water.
Step 3 : Subsequently, it is important to cut the carrots and potatoes to taste and prepare them as desired, either boiled or baked.
Step 4 : Likewise, fry the onion in another skillet.
Step 5 : In parallel, it is recommended to brown the tomatoes, guajillo chilies, miltomates, and sesame seeds; then, blend them with achiote and add water if necessary.
