Ingredients

1 pound of Red beans

1 Garlic head

1 Chopped onion

1 teaspoon of Olive oil

¼ pound of Chorizo

1 Diced onion

3 Chopped garlic cloves

1 cup of Diced tomatoes

½ teaspoon of Ground cumin

¼ teaspoon of Ground chili

Cream

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the beans with the garlic head and onion, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Step 2 : Cook over low heat until the beans are soft, then add salt to taste.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in a pan with oil, sauté the chorizo, onion, and garlic.

Step 4 : Next, add the tomatoes, cumin, and ground chili, and cook for a few minutes.

Step 5 : This mixture is added to the beans and cooked over low heat for a few more minutes.

Step 6 : Adjust salt to taste and finally serve accompanied by cream.
