Ingredients
4 Bread rolls
4 Sausage
½ kilogram of Ham
4 Longanizas
4 Chorizos
½ kilogram of Sliced beef
Avocado
Cabbage
Salt and lime
Preparation
Step 1 : The bread is toasted over the coals just like the meats are grilled over charcoal and on the griddle
Step 2 : Spread with guacamole, which is a mixture made with mashed avocado, lime, and salt
Step 3 : Cabbage is steamed with salt, clove, and thyme and reserved to serve
Step 4 : Grill the sausages and meats this last one with salt and pepper
Step 5 : Also add the following dressings such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and chili is optional
Step 6 : Assemble the shucos, season and serve
