1 teaspoon of Vinegar

3 pounds of Chicken in pieces

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 cup of Chicken broth

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

1 cup of Sliced onion

1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is first necessary to wash and cut the chicken into pieces.

Step 2 : Next, mix the salt, oregano, and vinegar, and marinate the chicken in this mixture, letting it sit for at least an hour.

Step 3 : Once the chicken has marinated enough, it is important to drain it and reserve the marinade mixture.

Step 4 : In a skillet, the chicken pieces should be seared with butter over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, add a cup of chicken broth, cover, and let it cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.

Step 6 : While the chicken is cooking, in another fat-free skillet, brown the cornstarch and then add the remaining ½ cup of chicken broth.

Step 7 : Dissolve the cornstarch and add the onion, letting the mixture reduce for about 5 minutes.

Step 8 : Once the sauce is ready, add it to the chicken, letting everything reduce together for another 5 minutes.
